Shannon Smith, PT, DPT, PCS

Owner & Physical Therapist

Shannon Smith has been a licensed physical therapist since 2007, earning her degree from North Georgia College and State University and completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Georgia in 2008. She began her career in the North Georgia mountains, gaining experience in outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurological rehabilitation while working with seasoned therapists at North Georgia Medical Center and Brannon Pediatrics. Shannon also collaborated with the University of North Georgia’s Physical Therapy Department Faculty Clinic, further expanding her expertise.
In 2017, Shannon relocated to Dublin, where she established a private outpatient practice with a focus on pediatric therapy. She remains passionate about helping children and families achieve their highest potential through individualized, compassionate care.

Marlena Brantley, PT, DPT, C/NDT

Physical Therapist

Marlena Brantley MPT, DPT, C/NDT has been a licensed physical therapist for almost 23 years. Marlena recognized early in her career a passion for pediatric therapy. Through experiences in Savannah GA, Charleston SC, Suwanee, GA and her current position at Therapy in Motion in Dublin GA, Marlena has honed her skills to help children and their families maximize movement and independence and empower them to achieve their highest capabilities. Marlena is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) techniques and is a level 1 clinician in Dynamic Movement Intervention. In her free time Marlena loves spending time with her husband and 2 children on their farm in Kite, Georgia.

Kylie Kinsler, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Kylie Kinsler began a career path with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Criminology at University of South Florida; finally earning a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University in Virginia. She has continued to pursue certifications in Pediatric Reflex Integration, Kinesiology Taping, and Animal Assisted Therapy.
After returning to Florida, Kylie specialized in Pediatric Occupational Therapy doing Equine Assisted and Hippotherapy as Head of the OT department for 5 years. In 2022, Kylie and her husband moved their family to Georgia to take over the family farm as homesteaders. God guided her to the perfect outpatient clinic to continue providing care to some of the most precious children in Middle Georgia. Kylie’s passion is helping families navigate the delicate balance between sensory dysregulation and behaviors for some of the most misunderstood within the Special Needs population. When not at the office, Kylie spends her time praising God, working the farm with her Husband, and attempting to coordinate chaos for her 2 (soon to be 3) sons.

Kimberly Baggett, COTA/L

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Kimberly received her degree in occupational therapy at Middle Georgia State University. She has worked with the adult population in skilled nursing and inpatient rehab facilities in addition to pediatrics. Kimberly has a passion for pediatrics and helping children meet developmental milestones. Kimberly is board certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy and licensed by the state of Georgia. Kimberly is married to Alan Baggett and they have a son and stepdaughter together. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and 4 dogs on their farm and traveling.

Jerika serves as the Office & Billing Manager at our pediatric Physical and Occupational Therapy practice, bringing over five years of dedicated experience in healthcare administration. With a strong understanding of pediatric therapy services. Jerika ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that each family receives accurate, compassionate, and timely support. She oversees billing processes, insurance claims. and patient account management with precision and care. Known for her warm personality, Jerika plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for both staff and the families we serve.
Outside of work, Jerika enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 beautiful children, being active in her church, and lives her life with a deep love for Jesus- values that guide her work and relationships every day.
